The FIOVANA Resilience Food Security Activity (RFSA), funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA), was implemented by the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) from October 2019 to September 2024. The program aimed to address food insecurity and improve welfare among beneficiary communities by implementing a range of resilience activities. The project was carried out in the Astimo Atsinanana and Vatovavy-Fitovanany regions of Southeast Madagascar, targeting 148,153 households and encompassing 295,708 individuals across 476 fokotany, 60 communes, and six districts.
