Lunch Break

For caminantes, those fleeing on foot from the economic collapse of Venezuela, good food is not always easy to come by. In major thoroughfares in Colombia, ADRA drives back and forth delivering meals, often the only meal caminantes will get each day. Little Elena* takes a break from the journey to enjoy her sandwich, electrolyte drink, and several other snacks stuffed into the cardboard lunch box.
