This award recognizes the talent, special challenges, and contribution in-house design teams have in their organizations.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;These awards highlight we work with a group of very talented people, whose skills are recognized and esteemed by industry peers,&#8221; expressed Karla Cole, Director for Design and Production at ADRA International. &#8220;Through our participation in the competition, we are able to gauge where we rank amongst other professionals in the design trade. It is rewarding to see our work is valued.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This is the sixth year more than 4,000 entries have been submitted for nomination of this award.
