This drought crisis is a direct consequence of the powerful El Ni\u00f1o system that has caused similar emergency conditions in several parts of the world.<\/p>\n<p>ADRA&#8217;s initial response has provided food kits to 600 drought-affected households in Ninh Thuan province.
