The organization is focused during this process on how best to continue fulfilling its purpose of&nbsp;serving humanity so all may live as God intended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the outset, ADRA will be engaged in reducing expenses and creating efficiencies to ensure that the organization can continue to fulfill its top strategic priorities, even as an updated global strategy is developed and operationalized.&nbsp;When staff reductions are completed by end of summer, ADRA&#8217;s workforce will have been reduced by approximately 50%.&nbsp;These reductions affect all levels of the organization.
