Michael Kruger joined ADRA International August 2014 as Vice President of Finance and is serving as President. Kruger qualified as a chartered accountant in 1992 and opened a private practice out of Johannesburg soon after. His firm provided auditing and consulting services to ADRA for a number of years before Kruger accepted a full-time position at ADRA International.
Vice President for Programs
Imad Madanat was selected as Vice President for Programs in October 2013. The 14-year veteran of the agency has served in various roles including Senior Program Finance Manager and Country Finance Director for ADRA Yemen. Madanat’s wealth of experience includes program expansion into new countries and managing a portfolio of country projects.
Vice President for People and Culture
Korey Dowling joined ADRA International in May 2016 as the Vice President for People and Culture after serving in the South Pacific Division in Human Resources Management and Recruitment. He provided HR advice to ADRA operations in the South Pacific and briefly served on the ADRA Australia board before taking up this role. Korey commenced his HR career in the United Kingdom in Talent Management before returning to Australia to work in Training and Development before joining the South Pacific Division Head Office in HR. Korey has qualifications in Business, Human Resource Management, and Training and Development.
Vice President for Marketing and Development
Matthew Siliga joined ADRA International as the Vice President for Marketing and Development in 2016 after a decade of service as Marketing and PR Director for ADRA Australia and CEO for ADRA New Zealand. Prior to his work with ADRA, Matthew served the government of New Zealand as a communications and social marketing strategist, where he developed and managed multimedia campaigns. The New Zealand native and father is excited to share his talents and passions with the global ADRA community. To Matthew, ADRA has become more of a home than a workplace.
